I began by helping my Mom out with transaction coordinating over 10 years ago. Through the years, I earned my Real
Estate Salesperson license and learned the in's and out's of the business with countless classes, transactions,
and real life experience. I then turned to building a company that focuses on creating a reliable, devoted entity for agents to depend on and have been working on strengthening the roots of my business, Trusted Transactions, ever since.

Once I receive a fully executed contract, I will review and compile a timeline of all important dates, then will send out to all parties in the transaction.
Next, I will get the file started with your brokerage and upload all opening documents so they can start tracking.
Throughout the transaction, I will prepare and send out disclosures for the client to sign, send timeline emails to keep us on track, audit completed disclosures, work with escrow and broker to complete commission instructions, then work with the broker to ensure a complete and compliant file.
As your transaction closes, you won't need to worry about what is needed and how you will get paid on time.
I will be in constant communication with you so there are no surprises.
With me on your team, you will have more time for prospecting, negotiating, and working to bring more accepted contracts in.
