01. Once you have a completed contract, email
team@trustedtransactions.net and attach the contract. Please include client email addresses, and I can get the file started from there.

01. How do we get a file started?

02. I send out an email timeline at the beginning of each transaction with a timeline. I then send another email reminder when the date arrives.

02. HOW DO I KNOW WHEN CONTINGENCIES FOR MY TRANSACTION ARE DUE?

03. No need to send an additional payment for my services on a transaction. I coordinate with escrow to get paid directly from them. I just need to know if you, the agent, is paying or the client.

04. I will upload each document required by your broker to their uploading system for review. If the broker does not have an uploading system, I will send a complete zip file via email or dropbox with all items at the end of the transaction.

04. HOW DO MY DOCUMENTS GET TO MY BROKER?

05. I will be in communication with you through the entire transaction. As we near the closing date, I send out audit emails requesting anything still missing at that time.

05. HOW WILL I KNOW IF ANYTHING IS OUTSTANDING TO COLLECT MY COMMISSION?
